The NWJIP Choice and Control programme works across adult social care and health, sharing learning from the implementation of personalised approaches across both sectors.
In addition, the programme connects beyond statutory services and into the independent and voluntary sectors as well as working directly with disabled people and their families and supporters to influence the local delivery of policy.
You can find news and information about all aspects of Choice and Control along with regional case studies at the Putting People First website.
